Play Responsibly
Last Revised: June 8, 2026
1. Keep Play Recreational
Casino-style social games should remain one form of entertainment among many. They should not interfere with sleep, work, school, relationships, health, household expenses, or other responsibilities.
Decide Before You Play
Choose how long you plan to play and how much, if anything, you are comfortable spending before the session begins.
Take Regular Breaks
Step away from the screen, review the time, and stop when play is no longer relaxing or enjoyable.
Never Chase an Outcome
Each round is independent. Continuing to play does not guarantee a different result or restore Gold Coins already spent.
- Do not play while distressed, angry, impaired, or under pressure.
- Do not borrow money or use money needed for rent, food, utilities, medical care, debt payments, or other essentials.
- Do not treat Gold Coins, account levels, or game results as savings, investments, income, or financial assets.
- Keep gaming separate from work, school, driving, caregiving, and other activities that require your attention.
2. Set Personal Limits
Use firm limits rather than relying on a decision made in the middle of a session. A simple written plan can help:
- Time limit: choose a session end time and use a device timer or alarm;
- Purchase limit: set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly entertainment budget;
- Frequency limit: choose specific days on which you will not play;
- Break rule: take a break after a set number of rounds or a set amount of time;
- Stop rule: end the session when play becomes frustrating, secretive, compulsive, or difficult to control.
Account controls will be added to the Player Account as the platform is completed. Until then, you may contact support to request a manual purchase restriction, temporary account pause, marketing removal, or self-exclusion.
3. Warning Signs
Consider taking a break and seeking independent support if you or someone close to you notices any of the following:
- Playing longer or spending more than intended;
- Repeated unsuccessful attempts to cut down or stop;
- Feeling restless, irritable, anxious, or distressed when not playing;
- Hiding play, purchases, or account activity from family or friends;
- Neglecting work, school, sleep, health, relationships, or household responsibilities;
- Using play to escape serious stress, depression, grief, or financial pressure;
- Trying to recover a previous outcome by immediately continuing to play;
- Borrowing money, selling property, or missing essential payments because of entertainment spending.
4. Cooling-Off Periods
A cooling-off period temporarily restricts access to some or all Player Account features. You may request a pause for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or another reasonable period.
During an active cooling-off period, we may disable gameplay, Gold Coin purchases, promotional messages, or account access. The restriction may remain in effect until the stated period ends, even if you later ask us to remove it early.
5. Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a stronger account restriction intended for players who want to stop using the platform for an extended or indefinite period. You may request self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or indefinitely.
A self-exclusion request may result in account closure or restriction, removal from promotional communications, and blocking of new accounts that we can reasonably associate with the excluded person. We may request identity information or KYC verification to confirm the account and apply the restriction accurately.
Do not create or use another account, another identity, or another person’s account to bypass a restriction. Attempts to evade a cooling-off or self-exclusion restriction may result in permanent account closure.
While a request is pending: stop using the platform and contact us by telephone if the request is urgent.
6. Underage Prevention
Cook International Casino is restricted to adults age 21 and older as a company policy. Parents and guardians should:
- Keep account credentials and payment methods private;
- Use device passcodes, parental controls, and app or website restrictions;
- Sign out after using a shared device;
- Review card and account activity regularly;
- Contact us immediately if a person under 21 may have created or used an account.
7. For Family and Friends
Concerned family members or friends may contact support to report suspected underage access, identity misuse, unauthorized purchases, or serious concerns about a player’s wellbeing. Privacy rules may limit the account information we can disclose, but we can receive information, preserve a report, and review whether account restrictions are appropriate.
When speaking with someone you are concerned about, focus on specific behavior and its impact, avoid confrontation during an active session, and encourage professional or peer support.
8. Independent Support
Cook International Casino is not a medical, counseling, or crisis service. Independent organizations can provide confidential information, referrals, counseling resources, and support for individuals and families affected by compulsive or harmful play.
- National Problem Gambling Helpline Call or text 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), or use the online chat at NCPG. The service connects people in the United States and U.S. territories with local resources.
