1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of casino.cook-international.com, related pages, player-account features, social games, Gold Coin features, and any related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing a game, purchasing Gold Coins, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Game Rules, and any additional terms displayed for a particular feature or promotion. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

“Cook International Casino,” “Cook Services Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Cook Services Company, LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the Services.

3. Eligibility and Adults-Only Policy

The Services are intended only for adults who are at least twenty-one (21) years old. The 21+ requirement is our platform policy even where a lower age might otherwise be permitted for social games.

You may use the Services only if you:

  • Are at least 21 years old;
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  • Provide accurate and complete account information;
  • Are not subject to an active self-exclusion, account restriction, or security prohibition; and
  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable law.

We may request proof of age or identity and may restrict access until verification is completed. We may limit or decline access in any location or for any person when required for security, risk management, payment-provider requirements, or applicable law.

4. Social Gaming Only

Cook International Casino provides simulated casino-style games solely for entertainment. The Services do not offer paid play for financial returns, promotional prize entries, cash prizes, prize conversions, or any way to convert an account balance into money or real-world value.

No game result, account balance, leaderboard position, digital badge, VIP status, cosmetic item, or other feature can be exchanged for money or anything of real-world value. The word “Casino” is part of the brand and describes the entertainment theme; it does not mean that the Services accept money for the possibility of a financial return or provide financial winnings.

5. Gold Coins

5.1 Nature of Gold Coins

Gold Coins are closed-loop virtual entertainment credits used only within the Services. Gold Coins are not money, stored value, securities, cryptocurrency, property convertible through us, or a substitute for legal tender.

Gold Coins:

  • Have no monetary or cash value;
  • Cannot be converted back into money, refunded for value after use, or converted into another currency;
  • Cannot be transferred, gifted, sold, traded, pledged, or assigned between players;
  • Cannot be used to obtain cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards, merchandise, discounts, services, prizes, or anything else of real-world value;
  • Cannot be used outside the Services; and
  • May not be bought, sold, or advertised through any secondary market.

5.2 How Gold Coins Are Obtained

You may receive Gold Coins through complimentary grants, daily or promotional awards, administrative adjustments, gameplay awards, or optional purchases offered through the Gold Coins Store. Any complimentary award may be subject to clearly disclosed eligibility, frequency, account, or expiration conditions.

5.3 Limited License

Gold Coins represent a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access entertainment features within the Services. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying software, game, or virtual-currency system.

5.4 Balance Corrections

We may correct a Gold Coin balance affected by a technical error, duplicate transaction, unauthorized access, fraud, manipulation, charge reversal, or violation of these Terms. We will not remove legitimately purchased Gold Coins arbitrarily, and any refund or account adjustment will be handled subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

6. Purchases, Billing, and Refunds

6.1 Optional Purchases

No purchase is required to create an account or access complimentary social gameplay when free Gold Coins are available. You may optionally purchase additional Gold Coins for entertainment use. A Gold Coin purchase does not create an opportunity to win money, prizes, or anything of real-world value.

Before a purchase is completed, the checkout screen will identify the price, the number of Gold Coins, applicable taxes or fees, and the payment provider. You authorize us and our approved payment provider to charge the payment method you select for the amount presented at checkout.

6.2 No Automatic Recurring Billing Without Consent

A one-time Gold Coin purchase is not a recurring subscription. We will not impose recurring charges unless a separate subscription or recurring feature is clearly identified and you expressly agree to its price, billing frequency, and cancellation terms before enrollment.

6.3 Refund Requests

Because Gold Coins are digital entertainment credits delivered to an account, completed purchases are generally non-refundable after the Gold Coins have been used, except when required by law or approved by us based on unauthorized charges, duplicate billing, non-delivery, or another verified error.

Contact cookinternationalcasino@gmail.com promptly if you believe a charge was unauthorized or incorrect. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection right.

6.4 Payment Holds and Reversals

We may delay or reverse a Gold Coin credit when a payment is declined, reversed, refunded, disputed, or reasonably suspected of fraud. We may request verification before processing or restoring a transaction.

7. Gameplay and Game Records

Individual games may require a stated Gold Coin “Play Amount” or “Round Cost.” Completing a round may result in Gold Coins being awarded back to your account according to the applicable Game Rules. Gold Coins awarded through gameplay remain non-redeemable entertainment credits with no real-world value.

Game outcomes may involve chance, simulated card or wheel results, or other entertainment mechanics. A malfunction, interrupted connection, duplicate event, display error, or unauthorized manipulation may void or correct the affected round. Our server and ledger records control Gold Coin accounting unless we determine that those records contain an error.

You must not rely on a local browser display as the final Gold Coin balance. The account ledger maintained by the Services is the authoritative balance record.

8. Complimentary Coins, Promotions, and VIP Benefits

We may offer complimentary Gold Coins, daily awards, access levels, VIP status, digital badges, profile frames, avatars, game themes, early game access, or other digital entertainment features. These benefits are non-transferable and have no monetary or real-world value.

Promotions may have separate written terms concerning eligibility, duration, frequency, account status, or use. We may modify or end a promotion prospectively, subject to applicable law. We do not offer cash, gift cards, merchandise, travel, hotel stays, food credits, discounts, or other real-world prizes based on gameplay.

9. Player Accounts and Security

A Player Account may be required to play or retain a Gold Coin balance. Unless we approve otherwise in writing, you may maintain only one account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current registration information;
  • Keep your login credentials confidential;
  • Not sell, share, lease, or transfer your account;
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access; and
  • Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.

We may use device, session, network, payment, and account information to detect duplicate accounts, automated activity, unauthorized access, fraud, or policy violations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. KYC, Age, Identity, and Fraud Verification

Although the Services do not provide financial returns or real-world prizes, we may use know-your-customer and identity-verification procedures to confirm age, identity, address, account ownership, payment authorization, security status, and compliance with these Terms.

We may request information or documentation such as your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, telephone number, government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof that you are authorized to use a payment method. We may use qualified third-party providers to assist with verification and fraud prevention.

We may restrict purchases, gameplay, account access, or account features while verification is pending or if verification fails. Verification information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Use the Services while under 21 or provide false registration or verification information;
  • Create or control multiple accounts to obtain duplicate complimentary Gold Coins or evade restrictions;
  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, automation, macros, or unauthorized software to interact with the Services;
  • Manipulate game requests, event identifiers, balances, browser storage, APIs, network traffic, or transaction records;
  • Exploit a bug, malfunction, pricing error, or unintended game behavior;
  • Collude with another player or attempt to transfer value through coordinated play;
  • Sell, buy, transfer, or advertise accounts, Gold Coins, digital benefits, or access credentials;
  • Use a stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment method;
  • Initiate a knowingly false payment dispute or chargeback;
  • Attempt to bypass an age gate, self-exclusion, account restriction, blacklist decision, security control, or location restriction;
  • Interfere with the Services through hacking, reverse engineering, malware, denial-of-service activity, scraping, or unauthorized access; or
  • Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.

12. Play Responsibly and Self-Exclusion

The Services are entertainment products. You should set reasonable time and purchase limits and stop playing when the experience is no longer enjoyable.

We may provide cooling-off, purchase-limit, session-limit, or self-exclusion tools. A self-exclusion may prevent login, purchases, or gameplay for the selected period. 13. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, source code, game designs, interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trade names, audiovisual content, databases, and other materials, are owned by Cook Services Company, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for private entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by law or written authorization.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may link to or use third-party payment processors, identity-verification providers, hosting services, analytics tools, social networks, video platforms, or external websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent required by law.

15. Service Availability and Changes

We may maintain, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue games or features. We do not guarantee that every game, promotional award, purchase option, or account feature will always be available.

We may establish reasonable limits on Gold Coin purchases, complimentary grants, round costs, awards, sessions, devices, or account activity for security, technical, operational, or responsible-play purposes.

16. Account Suspension and Closure

We may restrict, suspend, or close an account when we reasonably believe that the account is underage, compromised, fraudulent, duplicated, self-excluded, subject to a security restriction, or used in violation of these Terms.

When an account is closed, the user’s license to access unused Gold Coins ordinarily ends. We may remove Gold Coins obtained through fraud, duplication, manipulation, payment reversal, or policy abuse. Treatment of unused legitimately purchased Gold Coins will be determined by the reason for closure, the purchase status, and applicable law. We may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy and as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, browser, or network.

Game outcomes and Gold Coin awards are entertainment results only. We do not guarantee any particular result, award frequency, Gold Coin balance, account level, or continued availability of a game or feature.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cook Services Company, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits limitation.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cook Services Company, LLC and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, fraud, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you remain unaffected.

Before filing a lawsuit, you and Cook Services Company, LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after written notice is received. Send notices to cookinternationalcasino@gmail.com and the mailing address listed in Section 2.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding arising from these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Marion County, Indiana. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court or seeking urgent relief for unauthorized system access or intellectual-property misuse.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, business practices, security requirements, payment methods, or applicable law. The revised date will be posted at the top of this page. When required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
